NYC In-Person Strength Workout | September 20th

Join us for another Playground Pop-Up Class! This workout will stay true to The Playground ethos: intentional, well-balanced, and functional movement with education at the forefront. We’ll begin with breathwork and mobility to set the tone, move into a strength workout combining dumbbell/kettlebell and bodyweight exercises (with a little partner work sprinkled in!), and finish with a calming cool down.

This is an open-level class, but I recommend that you have some experience with dumbbells.

After class, we’ll connect, relax, and socialize at the bar downstairs (drinks and food available for purchase).
